In-Home Design Consultation

2 hrs | $395

The initial In-Home Consultation lasts up to two hours and is where we take the time to get acquainted with you and your needs and desires for your project. It can be used as a stand-alone service or the first step in a lengthier project taking your individual needs and personal style into account. During our time together, you’ll receive insider tips, tricks, and ideas for any part of your home.

Paint Consultation

2 hrs | $295

Styling Session

3 hrs | $495

A three hour "finishing touches" styling session which includes input on furniture layout, art/accessories, lighting, window treatments, paint colors, decor, tabletop and room styling as well as suggestions on new pieces.

Walk & Talk Staging Consultation and Report

• We walk and talk our way through the property and take notes and look at your home from the perspective of the home buyer.
• We create a detailed written Staging Report (more than 20 pages), outlining our expert opinion and professional suggestions. We address everything both inside and outside the home and offer solutions to help you prepare the home to sell quickly for top dollar.
• We discuss the entire process in detail with our client, so they know what to expect and how to participate effectively and ensure the process is fun and easy.
• You will get “to do” list for do it yourself, and a summary "A word about  closets".

½ Day Staging

$650
4 hrs , up to 2,000 sq.ft.

• Available only after completed Walk & Talk Consultation.
• You completed the “to do” list from Staging report and have the space professionally cleaned for the staging day.   

We cover:

• 4 hrs of staging + 2 hrs planning/prep time.
• Main areas: kitchen, living/dining room, family room, master bedroom & bathroom.
• We work with  the seller’s current items and newly purchased additional accessories (furniture), if needed , to create an inviting, cohesive look to the décor. (Mood board is provided prior to purchasing accessories and furniture)
• We will hand out solution “30 min preparation” for showings.
• Beautiful photos of your staged home for your agent (for additional cost).

1 Day Staging

7 hrs , from 2,001 up to 3,300 sq.ft.
 (more than 3,301 sq.ft. $TBD)

• Available only after completed Walk&Talk Consultation.
• You completed the “to do” list from Staging report and have the space professionally cleaned for the staging day.   

We cover:

• 7 hrs of staging + 2 hrs planning/prep time
• Main areas: kitchen, living/dining room, family room, master bedroom&bathroom, home office, foyer, guest bedroom/bath, 2nd bedroom, curb appeal.
• We work with  the seller’s current items and newly purchased additional accessories (furniture), if needed, to create an inviting, cohesive look to the décor. (Mood board is provided prior to purchasing accessories and furniture)
• We will hand out solution “30 min preparation” for showings.
• Beautiful photos of your staged home for your agent (for additional cost).

Vacant Home Staging
