Some designers and home stagers prefer to not work with occupied homes.  At Interiors by ONE, we welcome the opportunity. We understand that people don’t normally live in staged homes, however today’s housing market is highly competitive. Merchandising and staging is critical and many buyers expect a “model home look.” With that in mind, we take a strategic approach to staging your occupied home that offers buyers the model home look they’re seeking while providing the homeowner a comfortable environment to await the sale of their home. We work with and edit the seller’s furniture and provide any additional accessories, if needed, to create an inviting, cohesive look to the décor.

We ensure the staging process is enjoyable and stress-free for our clients. We begin with a meeting at your home to get to know you as well as set expectations – The Staging Consultation: 

  • We walk and talk our way through the property and take notes and look at your home from the perspective of the home buyer.
  • We create a detailed Written Report (more than 20 pages), outlining our expert opinion and professional suggestions. We address everything both inside and outside the home and offer solutions to help you prepare the home to sell quickly for top dollar.
  • We discuss the entire process in detail with our client so they know what to expect and how to participate effectively and ensure the process is fun and easy.
