• Available only after completed Walk&Talk Consultation.
• You completed the “to do” list from Staging report and have the space professionally cleaned for the staging day.   

We cover:

• 7 hrs of staging + 2 hrs planning/prep time
• Main areas: kitchen, living/dining room, family room, master bedroom&bathroom, home office, foyer, guest bedroom/bath, 2nd bedroom, curb appeal.
• We work with  the seller’s current items and newly purchased additional accessories (furniture), if needed, to create an inviting, cohesive look to the décor. (Mood board is provided prior to purchasing accessories and furniture)
• We will hand out solution “30 min preparation” for showings.
• Beautiful photos of your staged home for your agent (for additional cost).
